Rule 31 Mediation Training

The Institute for Conflict Management is quickly positioning itself as the leading resource for aspiring and professional mediators in the Southeast.  In February 2007, the Tennessee Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) granted the ICM petition to provide Rule 31 Mediation training.

ICM is the only Rule 31 training institution housed in a university in the state of Tennessee and is pleased to be able to meet this professional training for the state's dispute resolution professionals.

The training offered at ICM is built on the highly rated, interactive courses presented at the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University.  Participants in the ICM Rule 31 training have the opportunity to receive world class training from the top mediation and dispute resolution professionals in the nation.
